Reasonable Accommodation and Protected Leave Consultant Assistant 2 (HRCA2) - DOH7954

As a RAPL Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing support to our HR Managers and Professionals. In this position, you'll be responsible for applying your knowledge, interpretation, and independent judgment to resolve technical issues relating to reasonable accommodation and protected leave.

 

Your responsibilities will include interpreting and applying HR rules and policies consistently, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to Reasonable Accommodation and Protected Leave by maintaining accurate HR documentation, including leave records, and utilizing computerized recordkeeping systems, to enter, retrieve, and validate data while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience may have been gained through a combination of education, professional experience and paid or unpaid experience. Experience can substitute for education on a year for year basis.

 

  • Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Suite Applications AND one of the following options:
    1. Option 1: At least four (4) years of experience performing administrative or clerical duties.  
    2. Option 2: Associate’s degree or higher in business administration, human resources, or related field.
