The Engineer (General), will serve as the principal advisor and point of contact liaison on engineering matters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Monitoring and performing oversight activities of Public Housing Maintenance and Modernization Operations.
  • Reviewing and tracking Public Housing Authority's compliance with decent, safe, and sanitary conditions
  • Performing field on-site reviews and quality control inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with federal environmental laws and procedures
  • Analyzing data to keep abreast of program compliance and performance operations.
